Our centrally located cottage is peaceful to relax in & recharge, but conveniently located on the main Rd to Edinburgh. City Centre is 14 miles, Airport & Tram stop 6.7miles & Uphall train station to Edinburgh or Glasgow is 1.9miles away. Motorways linking to most of Scotland are 2/3 miles away. Our home has a well equipped kitchen, fast WiFi 105mbps tested & workstation. There are plenty of local amenities too - Uphall golf course (par 69), shops, cafés, takeaways, supermarkets & cosy pubs.

Highfield Cottage

The cottage has been completely modernised , and is fresh , light and bright .Superb modern kitchen and bathroom. Light and spacious bedroom. The cottage is very quiet with fine views over the forth road bridges to Fife. Free parking and access to electric car charger. Well trained Dogs are most welcome, but there is a charge. A large colourful garden, with a tennis court and croquet lawn surround the property. Eas reach of the village, bus and train station within 3 minutes to Edinburgh.

Located high up in the hillside enjoy stunning views over West Lothian. Tea and coffee facilities are provided along with a microwave. All our snugs have underfloor heating and generous en-suite bathroom with full size shower. Guests are more than welcome to bring food/takeaways into the snugs.
