And there's access to a kegerator that usually has a local ale on tap. 2 blocks from Pier Park with its majestic trees and world-class disc golf, a short walk to downtown St Johns, and a short bike ride or drive to the University of Portland.

There's a private entrance and side yard with outdoor seating.
