The minimal cabin is tucked in the trees and set up for families and friends, pet & kid-friendly. 10-15 Minutes to Mount Snow 10-15 Minutes to Downtown Wilmington This is a country house, not a boutique hotel :) If booking during winter or spring months, we HIGHLY recommend a 4wd vehicle as the weather can cause some tough road conditions (snow/mud).

Rustic Cabin in foothills of Green Mountains

Rennsli Cabin is off grid + nestled on a forested plateau in the foothills of the Green Mountains. You will feel like you are in the middle of nowhere, unplugged and able to regenerate. Kitchen is equipped with cooking essentials, water, coffee, tea, milk, fresh eggs + homemade soap. It has an indoor compost toilet, outhouse + outdoor shower (May-Oct) Most seasons, the cabin is 100ft from parking, but weather conditions may require an 800 ft walk from parking at main house.

Brook House: Hot Tub, Fire Pit, Ping Pong, Mt Snow

The Brook House Vermont is set back in the trees and unbelievably cozy. It's a place to reconnect while listening to the brook. To enjoy big meals, conversations, and games by the fireplace. To bask in the sun or do yoga on the deck, or gaze into dark, starry skies from the hot tub and fire pit at night. There's skiing mins away at Mount Snow, swimming at Harriman Reservoir, as well as hiking, golf, mountain biking, antiquing, breweries, and some of the best food VT has to offer!

We are situated directly on Wardsboro Brook, just minutes away from the best skiing and riding, hiking, biking, fishing and relaxation in Southern Vermont.The property features a private fenced yard and deck to take in all the beauty alongside the brook. The home is fully updated with modern conveniences including three sleeping areas, living room, and a fully stocked kitchen. We love and allow well-behaved furry friends in our home!

Fireplace, TV ( Netflix ), outside terrace, parking onsite up to 2 vehicles. Supermarket nearby ( 5 mins walk ). 1 dog per stay is allowed as long as he is well trained . Dog fee applies. Dog are not allowed to sleep in the beds . 2 dogs per stay is strictly subject to approval .

In the winter, enjoy local trails on snowshoes or cross-country skies; only 15 minutes to Mount Snow! We look forward to meeting you!!!
