Self-contained with its own private entrance .The annex is attached to our home at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the village of Crossways near Dorchester. There is a hot tub available for your own exclusive use! In the heart of Hardy Country, ideal for walkers and cyclists. Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door, the beautiful sands of Weymouth Bay are close by.

The Vintage Hideaway

The vintage hideaway is a self contained annexe attached to my house. It is light and comfortable, it has a bedroom with sofa, kitchenette with small oven/grill and two hotplates ,fridge, freezer and microwave and a shower room. Access from the bedroom to a seating area on the deck ,over looking an area of outstanding natural beauty. The house is close to lovely walks and the historic town of Shaftesbury with a variety of cafes , individual shops and pubs, and of course Gold Hill.

Our light bright garden view annexe is ideally situated for enjoying all that the Jurassic coastline has to offer. The harbour at West Bay (setting for ITV’s drama Broadchurch) is a pleasant 10 minute walk away. The bustling historic town of Bridport is only 5 minutes by car or about 25 minutes on foot. There you will find a twice weekly street market, a variety of shops and a good choice of pubs and cafes. Both Bridport Leisure Centre and the Golf Club with driving range are nearby.

The Annex provides a completely self contained accommodation with it's own entrance and external keybox, enabling independent access. Fully refurbished self catering accommodation in a conservation area on the edge of Merriott village. Ideal for vacationing, users of the National Cycle path (30) or business users. The property is not suitable for pets. An 'exterior only' CCTV camera is fitted to the main house, to maintain the security on the driveway approach to the Annex.

Broadlands ground floor self catering apartment, located in the village of Charmouth, accessible on the level to beach, local amenities, cafes, pubs and shops. It is just one hundred metres from UNESCO World Heritage Site ‘The Jurassic Coast’ and it’s famous fossil beaches. Broadlands in Charmouth is an ideal base to enjoy the beach and the beautiful countryside of West Dorset. Lots of gorgeous walks along the coast either to Lyme Regis or inland along the river Char.
