Although the setting is rural, we are a short way from A37 (.5 mile) and A303 (1.5 miles) which makes us very accessible to other amenities/attractions. The property is self contained and private, with a contained garden. The owners live nearby and are happy for guests to walk around the farm, and are also on hand if required. We are in easy reach of many National Trust properties, Yeovilton Fleet Air Arm & Haynes Car Museums.

This very charming, cosy and rustic log cabin is located on a private lake on the outskirts of a quiet family farm in North Chideock, just 5 minutes drive from the Jurassic Coast. The tranquil surroundings make this place the perfect romantic getaway for couples and an amazing place to spend a holiday as a family. Various wildlife and lifestock are frequent visitors of the cabin including our resident heron. Enjoy a drink on the sun deck and watch the sunset over the fields from the hot tub.

The Barn @ Star Farm

Set in the heart of the Blackmore Vale in rural North Dorset, The Barn@Star Farm is a spacious 2 bedroom self catering holiday let furnished and equipped to a high standard. Recently converted the barn has its own private track and has wonderful views over unspoilt farmland. The property is quietly on the outskirts of the village of Hazelbury Bryan and is within a 45 minute drive to the Dorset Coast. The market towns of Sherborne, Blandford Forum and Dorchester are all within 20 minutes drive.

The Annex is bright, comfortable and cosy with a wood burner for winter. The public footpath crossing our garden next to the river Char links with many others - great for dog walkers. We are close to Charmouth beach and Lyme Regis – renowned for their fossil treasures. Love swimming? our freshwater pool is generally heated to a very cosy 29 - 30 degrees (warm bath temperature) and can be used from April to October With advance notice, the twin beds can be connected to form a king size bed

A converted stable on a peaceful farm surrounded by acres of countryside but within striking distance of Sherborne and good National Trust gardens. The Tallet is opposite the old farmhouse and next to a magnificent Somerset cider barn. The private terrace has a covered eating area and open lounging space enclosed by walls and clipped box hedging. The underfloor heating and electric log burner add warmth to the sitting room and the spacious open plan kitchen makes for a sociable space.

Courage Cottage is a two bedroom detached barn conversion in a Georgian farmyard.The barn was converted in 2013 so has all modern conveniences including underfloor heating. It is very individual and situated in a quiet , rural setting. It has two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The village of Martinstown has an excellent pub and shop. Berry Farm Cottage nestles in a private area of the grounds of Berry Farm, which dates back to the 16th century. It is located in the charming Conservation Village of Walditch, within walking distance of Bridport. The Cottage itself has 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms with an open-plan living space and is set away from the main house in its own private grounds, with 1,200sqm (0.3acres) of orchard garden, as well as an outside patio with table and chairs, with country views.

Access is via a gate and mown path across a field. Please note: there is no vehicle access to the cottage.

Pixon Barn is situated on a working farm on the Jurassic Coastline within an easy driving distance to Weymouth, Lulworth Cove, and Abbotsbury. It is located next to numerous bridlepaths, perfect for avid walkers, cyclists and lovers of the countryside. We welcome any and all well behaved dogs. There are several pubs all within a 5 minutes distance by car, as well as our own farm cafe and shop located on the main road into Weymouth. Best ice-cream around.!
