As noted in some reviews, the parking lot can be a little tight, and can occasionally be full (there are ten spaces for the ten units, but parking is not assigned). There is street parking immediately in front of the building, and more street parking along Pacific Ave.

Stay in a Jacuzzi Penthouse suite reserved by writers and fighters. Its enormous Strip-view balcony gives the 37th-floor suite at The MGM Signature panoramic views of Vegas' nightlife. Suite #37609 is in Tower 1 of the Signature at MGM Grand, closest tower to MGM's 6.5 acre pool complex, Lazy River, bars, clubs, shows and casino. It's a secondary residence for me. As such, it's routinely checked and well maintained. It meets my high standards and it will meet yours -- or I'll make sure it does.
