Blockhouse Perry is quiet, pet-friendly, and conveniently located by, but not in, downtown Spokane. Blockhouses are built only using sustainable practices and materials, allowing us to be net-zero, so our guests can enjoy a "sustainable stay" that reduces their carbon footprint for a net-zero future.

Tamarack Lane Cabins ~ Carpenter Cabin

This cozy 640 sq. ft red log cabin is tucked up in the woods. The bedroom has queen bed. A 200 sq. ft loft has a queen and 2 twins, accessed by ladder (see pic). Full kitchen & BBQ (electric). 3/4 bath (shower). 32" Flat screen, Blu-ray, stereo. Romantic gas fireplace. Limited WiFi & cell coverage, come unwind, relax & recharge. Covered deck offers excellent wildlife observation. Owners have large people-friendly dogs, so no pets allowed. In winter, 4WD vehicle or chains strongly advised.

This 3 bedroom 1 bath beautiful Barndo is the get away you need. Got a big family event or wedding to prep food for? Use the large open kitchen with 3 ovens to prep the food. Or host the family gathering around the large table then finish the night off with a foosball tournament. Close to Loon, Deer, Eloika, Horseshoe, Sacheen, Pend Orielle, and Priest Lakes. Close to Mt. Medical Lake is a serene, non-motorized lake perfect for a relaxing or kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming. It's close proximity to Spokane makes it an ideal place to kick back and relax a bit, or hit the town for a show or night out. The revitalized downtown here offers a coffee shop that roasts their own coffee as well as shopping and restaurants to explore. Our western view over the water features beautiful sunsets nightly, perfect to enjoy from the hot tub or next to the fire.

Treehouse in the pines

Enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience situated in the pine trees located just outside of Spokane. Featuring a cozy 400 square foot living space, with books, games, and a gas fireplace as well as a kitchenette with everything you need to make a meal for two. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a 10-foot accordion door that opens completely to the deck outside with a hot tub waiting for you. Please note: While it is private, the treehouse is on a property with two other occupied structures.

Come enjoy a stay in this newly renovated private suite on our 20 acre farm. Private setting just minutes to town! The owners enjoy hosting weddings at their property in the summer months and want to extend their love for hosting year round by offering this 1 bedroom apartment to guests in their off season. Just three minutes to amenities, restaurants, Hwy 395 and only 30 minutes to 49 Degrees ski resort! Smell the fresh air and feel the solitude today, tomorrow and for Evermore!

Comfy studio apt in safe & quiet neighborhood

Studio apartment. We sanitize all surfaces between bookings and wash blankets in addition to linens. You may check in without contact with hosts, if you wish. Covered parking. Ten minutes from downtown. Private entrance and private patio. King size comfortable bed. Great shower. No smokers, no partying; we ask for very quiet after 10:30 (but late arrivals are fine!). Please do not come here for romantic rendezvouz. but we're happy if you have sex that's not too noisy. :)

Our modern Scandinavian tiny cabin is tucked away on the ridge of our 40 acre estate with an unobstructed view of the snowy peak of Mt. Spokane. Providing an intimate environment, ideal for couples or individuals seeking a restorative retreat, this is the perfect place to slow down and surround yourself in natural beauty while exploring the trails or the many nearby Spokane highlights.

Brand new 900 square feet, 1 bedroom with loft, shop/house with beautiful views overlooking Lake Roosvelt. Shop/House has 1 bedroom (upstairs) and loft space (upstairs), with pull out memory foam mattress. One full bath, located on main floor, with sauna. Cozy home, giving the feel of the outdoors with the comfort of home. (Please note that if you have mobility issues this may not be the house for you. All beds are upstairs, and the bathroom is downstairs)
