Close to the Botanic Gardens and a short bus ride or walk to the city centre. Access is through a carport (where you are welcome to park your car), up a dozen or so steps & across a deck to a private entrance at the back. The Airbnb is a bedroom with queen-sized bed, small desk, armchair & TV. Tea/coffee/milk & basic breakfast on arrival. No living room or kitchen but fridge, microwave, kettle & toaster, & iron/board. Bathroom has separate shower & bath. Cleaning is included - no extra charges!

I'm an architect, and originally designed the studio as a workspace at the rear of our home for my photographer husband, Ian. We've recently converted it to a self-contained dwelling, so we can share what we love about the city. My place is close to Supermarket, public transport, local village and a 10 minute drive to the CBD. You’ll love my place because of the peace, quiet and privacy on offer with plenty of space to spread out. In our studio unit we also have a sofa bed available along with secure off street parking.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. We are approximately 10 minutes from the ferry terminals. Because we a up a private right of way it is very quiet.
