The Lighthouse is a unique, romantic place on the South Coast. Stunning views, opposite a swimming and dog beach plus rock pools, it’s great for walks. With a comfy double bed and steep stairs, it’s private and quiet - brilliant on a sunny day, cosy in a storm. There's a fantastic cafe around the corner; shops are 10 minutes’ walk away. The main Island Bay bus stop is nearby with regular buses. It's a 9 minute drive to the airport and 15 minutes to downtown Wellington. Small dogs on request.

Poets Corner is a boho/retro inner city apartment, where you can relax and kick your shoes off. It's not a hotel wannabe - it's been lived in. You have exclusive use of the space, and you can walk to almost any place in Wellington, with many food options within a 15-minute stroll. Museums, movies, waterfront and wildlife are all easily accessible. Check-in is by appointment only, and self check-in is not available. If that's important please don't book.
