Horton farm cottage located on 40 acres.

Located a few hundred feet from the Iris gardens at Horton farm, a six acre garden space with over 1400 Iris varieties. Bloom season is April and May. The cottage was built in 1945 on my family's heritage farm. She's located next to the old barn alongside a small Creek. Inside you'll find a fresh colorful landscape of hand made cabinets, concrete countertops and furniture. The heated and Polished concrete floor is ready for farm life. You'll be delighted in the vintage items and local artwork.

Hummingbird House is a tiny house decorated in a vintage style, with quality craftsmanship, making use of all recycled building materials. Tucked away on 20 acres with gardens all around, goats, hens, ducks, dogs and cats. The house is newly remodeled and has kitchen, bathroom, double bed, single bed/nook/couch, and dining area table and chairs, with modern heating and air conditioning. Coffee, herbal teas from the garden, sugar, honey, creamy goat milk and cheese are all supplied from the farm.

New construction in 2018.The house is 3100 ft.² with a 1200 ft.² detached garage.We are centrally located about 70 minutes away from Lake Tahoe and two hours from the ocean. We are about 3 miles off I 80 so we have easy access. Our elevation here is 2380 so we are below the snow line. All the lots in this subdivision are around 5 acres and we are at the end of the road so we have great privacy and a spectacular view from about anywhere in the house and the pool.
