Welcome! This luxury treehouse home has floor to ceiling windows with 360 * views of the NC Smoky Mountains. The amazing open floor plan has a huge fully equipped kitchen to hang out and relax with your friends and family. Enjoy the sunrise/sunset from bed or on the wrap around porch. Sit by the outdoor fire pit with a glass of wine and share some stories or read a book while overlooking the mountains. Our home has air hockey/ping pong/arcade games and karaoke. Come enjoy the Marshall House. This cozy bungalow offers a sun filled sitting room which makes for a perfect family gathering. It also has an additional living room space and a sun room for your morning coffee. The kitchen is recently updated and fully equipped. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 updated baths with walk in showers. There is a patio and a firepit in a shared courtyard area and quite front porch. The home is a half mile from downtown Waynesville in a quiet neighborhood.

Welcome to Blackberry Cottage! Our quaint, imperfect Farm Cottage was built in 1928 and much of it was updated in the spring of 2020. Come relax in the heated/cooled Cottage and enjoy the beautiful scenery and splendor that the Mountains of Western NC has to offer. Take day trips and visit the Blue Ridge Parkway, historic Waynesville, Canton, and Asheville then settle back into one of our cozy beds back at Blackberry Cottage... And don’t forget to visit the goats!!

It’s been said “there’s a bit of magic in the air” as you meander the long wooded drive through our private 33 acres to the house where our horses greet you upon arrival! This is the perfect place to call your home away from home.

At our little white house, you’ll be able to gaze at the twinkling constellations while enjoying the fire pit, sit on the back porch and admire the Blue Ridge Parkway in the distance while listening to the creek, and live side by side with our farm’s prize-winning Brown Swiss cattle. *Please note the fireplace is not operational.
