Walk down to the creek or roast marshmallows at the fire pit. Wooded, in the hills. Lots of wildlife. Very private. Wi-Fi, Verizon cell coverage. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located house in our town. The fire and police department are across the road- no you will not constantly hear sirens. Beautiful ranch for camping, tubing, and swimming. Great fishing and canoeing near by. We provide an EV charger.

Welcome to our guest house, located on the Piney River in Dickson County. This private, gated home is located only a few miles off of I-40, 10 minutes from downtown Dickson, and 45 minutes from downtown Nashville. This private space is above the garage and features 650 sq ft of livable space, an office area with wifi, as well as a refrigerator, Keurig, microwave, toaster, and a TV with plenty of cable channels (plus a fire stick for streaming).

Cottage by the Creek is a 600 sq ft converted grain barn built in the early 1900's. We've converted the space into a light and bright one bedroom, with a loft. There is a fully functional kitchen and custom bath with tile shower. The 30 ft front porch offers views of the cattle farm across the street and the year round flowing creek. Or enjoy the back patio with hot in and fire pit.
