Set amongst the rolling, gum-studded hills of Kersbrook, just 45 minutes from the Adelaide CBD, Pepper Tree Farm is a spacious, private rural retreat perfectly positioned between the Adelaide Hills and Barossa. Wake slowly with generous local breakfast provisions before discovering nearby wineries, scenic drives and charming country towns. With fully self-contained living, peaceful outdoor spaces and a cosy fire in winter, it's a place to truly switch off and unwind, with room to breathe.

The Haven

"The Haven" is a fully self-contained, independent flat. It boasts a brand new kitchen with electric cooktop and microwave/convection oven and brand new bathroom/laundry with toilet, shower and washing machine (2019). It is best suited to singles or couples. Maximum two adults. Can accommodate young babies. Reverse cycle AC ensures your stay will be a cosy one whatever the weather. Access is available to a sparkling in-ground swimming pool, surrounding entertainment area and BBQ.

Wynn Vale House in quiet cul de sac

Clean well presented fully equipped home within easy access to shopping centre and public transport. It is a lovely quiet area where you can explore the many walking tracks or stroll down to the nearby lake, a great location for a day trip to explore the Barossa Valley Wine region. The City is a short 25min bus ride once there you can jump on and off the free tram service exploring the many attractions in our beautiful city of Adelaide or catch a tram down to beautiful Glenelg Beach

This fully furnished,self-contained, stand alone, two bedrooms, guest unit is nestled on ten acres. It is private, well off the main road, pet friendly with private backyard. The main house is 200m away. Yards for horses are opposite the unit. Dressage arena and 650m track are available. Close by trail riding, cycling/ walking paths, historical townships (Gawler, Two Wells). Barossa Valley is 25km away. Come enjoy peace and quiet, whilst being close to amenities.

Hide - Adelaide Hills

Cosy up by the slow combustion wood heater in winter, sleep soundly in the king size bed, and enjoy the luxurious bathroom with full size tub and twin showers or the simple pleasure of the outdoor bath on the patio. A cosy, curated cottage with a rustic vibe, Ode to the Orchard is surrounded by the Adelaide Hills’ finest wineries and sits high on 16 acres. It is one of the original stone homes of the area and enjoys stunning 360 degree views of picturesque Lenswood. There is no better place to relax: soak in the gorgeous claw-foot bath looking out to the stars, enjoy that glass of local red by the fire, or try out our apple crumble recipe in the vintage wood-fired Aga.

Ovenden Lodge Guesthouse

OVENDEN LODGE offers dog-friendly accommodation, in a self-contained "granny flat" surrounded by open paddocks at the southern entrance to historic Gawler. With its ponies, birds and chickens, it is a quiet, private retreat for 1-2 adults, complete with cedar hot tub and sauna. Unfortunately, due to the ponds and animals on the property, Ovenden Lodge is NOT suited for children. Dogs and ponies are welcome by individual prior arrangement.
