It is a well appointed space with lots of unique artwork and a running theme of Bears and the Lake Life. You can see the lake from each Bedroom and it is very peaceful at the Bitterbrush Complex. In the Summer you are close to amazing Beaches , and in Winter the Ski Slopes are right there.

Our quaint humble abode is located in a quiet neighborhood conveniently near Downtown Sparks and just a mile off Highway 80. While our home is welcome to all traveling guests, please note this is a cozy home for travelers only. Unfortunately, we do not host to local residents of the Reno/Sparks area.

You have your own separate space with separate entrance in a quiet residential neighborhood, 5 minutes from airport and downtown Reno. Less than one hour from Tahoe and skiing. Full large basement apartment is over 700 sq. ft. and has a separate, private entrance (with stairs) and its own backyard. Owners live upstairs. Eclectic decor - antique bedroom set, Mexican themed common spaces. This is NOT a party house. If there is anything resembling a party you will be asked to leave immediately.
