Picturesque location on farmland with views of the mountains. We are a micro farm. Wake up and watch the sunrise and go for a short hike on the property, and get to know the animals. We are located 35 minutes from Saratoga Springs and Lake George, NY and 45 minutes from Dorset and Manchester, VT. Hike the Adirondack or Green Mountains, paddle the streams or go to a nearby small city for a play, a festival, or a concert. There is a long list of things to do and see within an hour of our camp.

Only 30 mins to Saratoga Springs Race Track & Lake George! Bring your snowshoes in the Winter to explore the 80 acre property. Queen size bed upstairs & a pullout full size bed in the living room. Reconnect with nature with a good forest bath! Well water not potable & has a sulfur smell due to the clay. Drinking water provided.

Beautifully restored 18th century farmhouse situated on 4.6 private acres within a 180 acre working farm. Five bedrooms, wood stoves, ample living space, and a cheery sun room with gorgeous views make this house one of a kind. Our backyard features an in-ground, heated, salt water swimming pool (open May to mid-Oct), fire pit (open year-round), large outdoor dining table, gas grill, and a deck with lounge seating and jacuzzi (open year-round). Parties and events are not allowed.

West Mountain Ski Center is also close by. Don’t forget about the outlet stores just minutes away!
