More spacious and affordable than any hotel, this simple home allows you to enjoy the comforts of "home away from home". Ideally situated a quick drive from Vermont mountains and skiing, and a short drive from Lake George, this home is well- suited for vacationing or family trips. Apartment on the Battenkill 30 minutes to Saratoga

Enjoy the natural beauty of the Battenkill River in our private, charming, guest apartment located on the outskirts of Greenwich, New York just 20 miles from Saratoga Race Course and a lovely scenic drive to Lake George and Vermont. Our cozy space includes 1 private bedroom with a queen size bed (linens included), a couch that can sleep an additional 2, TV, dining space and a complete kitchen. Lounge on the spacious deck, fish, take a dip in the river and enjoy comfort of our cozy new space!

Treehouse compound, no cleaning fee

The rental includes both treehouses (toilet in each), cooking/eating pavilion (outhouse nearby), outside shower (cold), firepit. The price is $200 per night for 2 people (my price before commission and fees). Additional guests above the 2 are $30 per person per night up to a maximum of 11 guests during the warmer months and 5 guests total during the cooler ends of the season (June and mid Sept to mid Oct). Beds: 3 doubles, 5 singles. No pets allowed. Not ideal for people with mobility issues.

Cozy Country Cabin

Cozy county cabin quietly tucked between the beautiful Green Mountains of Vermont and the gorgeous Adirondacks of NY. Soak up the morning sun on your private stone patio. Watch nature come to life on the pond and in the fields. Take a day trip to beautiful Lake George or Historic Saratoga Springs. For the winter season, there are many major ski resorts close by. The cabin has new comfortable furniture and mattresses with soft linens and blankets. The kitchen is well stocked, ready to cook in.

Cabin Getaway to Lake George

Enjoy space, privacy, nature in an off-grid tiny cabin. Relax at a private (heated) cabin that sits on a seasonal stream. There is no plumbing or electricity. The outhouse is shown in photos. This isn't safe for toddlers (stream with a steep rocky bank and a narrow bridge without a railing). It's perfect for nature lovers. Enjoy hiking from the cabin or drive to close-by trails. Lake George (actual lake) is 1/4 mile away. The village with public beaches (and bathhouse) is a 10 min drive.

Hillside Cottage @ The Mettawee Retreat

The Hillside Cottage is a luxury cabin with views of the Mettawee River. Located on 26 acres on a back road, it is peaceful & private. Enjoy fishing, swimming, kayaking or relax on the deck. This riverside retreat includes a king bed, jacuzzi tub & a kitchenette. Sitting around the fire pit with dinner cooked on the grill is the perfect ending to a long hike. Whether it’s a quick get-away or an extended vacation, the Hillside Cottage is a simple solution from a complicated life.

This tiny cabin provides peace and quiet on nearly 4 wooded acres just minutes from the town of Granville, NY. A full kitchen, living room, one bathroom and a loft bedroom complete with stackable washer/dryer provide a place to relax and soak in nature. The spacious front porch grants a protected outdoor space to watch the wildlife and enjoy the fresh air with your family and pup.
