Nestled amongst the trees, this cabin feels private and romantic, but with easy access to all the amenities of Springdale, Rogers, or Fayetteville. Enjoy relaxing on the wrap-around deck where you can view abundant wildlife. Access to Beaver Lake is simply a 2 minute drive, or a 10 minute hike down the road where you will find beach access to launch kayaks.

Set on an acre in downtown Fayetteville, our house offers you an unbeatable location that is both downtown and feels secluded, two master bedrooms, and a back porch that overlooks the sunset. Welcome! Located at Hog Valley RV&Treehouse Resort. Queen bed, queen loft bed & queen sleeper sofa. Linens, towels & kitchen essentials provided. Firepit & BBQ grill. 5 minutes to U of A. While we offer DISH with several channels, we do not have reliable Wi-Fi. If you require Wi-Fi please bring your own device. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR VAPING. Only 2 dogs allowed. Weight limit 30 lbs. Dogs must be on a leash and not left unattended outside. Must be in kennel inside if left alone inside.

Our cabin is situated within the beautiful Ozark Mountains with outdoor features including a pond & outdoor fireplace. Comfortably sleeps 8 adults & is equipped with 1 kitchen, 2 full baths, spacious indoor and outdoor living areas with a TV, dining area, 2 bedrooms & a loft.
