The Hayloft provides self catering holiday cottage accommodation fitted out to a high standard. The property is located in the pretty little village of Bainton situated in the heart of the Yorkshire Wolds close to many tourist destinations such as Beverley, Hull, York and the east coast. The cottage has a private gravelled garden area with outdoor furniture, set within one acre of private land and includes off road parking. We welcome two well behaved dogs but they must not be left unattended.

Our cottage is situated in the beautiful Yorkshire wolds in the East Riding of Yorkshire. As soon as you step in you’ll feel at home with an open plan living space, well equipped kitchen and dining with wood burning stove. We have 2 bedrooms and a shower room (located downstairs) The village pub is located two doors away and the Ramblers Rest tearooms are just over the road. There are plenty of different walks located in and around the village

Comfortable modern ground floor apartment located next to a farm shop, cafe and campsite within easy walking distance from the historic market town of Pocklington. Originally this was my parents ‘granny flat’ which benefits from wheelchair access through the front door, along with a large shower shower with grab handles. An open plan kitchen, dining and lounge are with very comfortable high backed electric recliner chairs.
