Overlooking a quiet courtyard, this refined blue and white pad creates calm. Our apartment is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized and ozonized after every guest. This 20m2 apartment studio has been modernly renovated in a historic tenement building, offers a stylish and comfortably furnished room with an open kitchen and en-suite bathroom. From the large window there is a view of the tenement's patio. Our place is just a 5 minute walk to the Presidential White House (the Belvedere) and the Royal Łazienki Park. So this makes it a quiet and safe neighborhood! The room has a spacious wardrobe, a coffee table and workplace. The apartment has been tastefully designed with great attention to detail. It is a unique place for special guests. ✔The lighting was specifically designed to allow guests to choose from a variety of illumination according to their appropriate mood. It creates that superb moment for working, having an evening drink after a long day or reading that addictive novel of yours in bed. The goal was to blend the art of time into a single space, combining the history “the old”, with modern necessities. You will also find a coffee area with a Nespresso coffeemaker and electric kettle, a refrigerator and freezer. You can enjoy cable TV and all necessary English, French, Russian news channels on large flat TV screen. ✔There is an en-suite bathroom with a shower place and a rainshower set, a basin and tasteful bathroom décor. ✔The Kitchenette provides all necessary utensils and equipment. There is an electric stove, electric top, kettle, toaster, microwave oven. ✔The apartment also holds a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. ✔There is a safety deposit box for your personal belongings. ✔It is on the 2nd floor with an elevator, in a very safe area with two entrance gates opened via security codes. There is a public parking in front of the entrance gate. The building is a short walk from the subway and just 1 minute from the tram and bus stop. The neighboring shopping mall has plenty of restaurants and cafes, while the nearby Green Royal Łazienki Park is where Chopin concerts are played. ✔There is a whole lot more to see in the area and everything is in walking distance. You may also choose public communication which is all around. ✔The closest bus stop is 35m, tram station is 60m, taxi point is in front of the main entrance. To the nearest metro station is 800m (12 min on foot). ✔There are bicycle rentals everywhere (closest across the street from the apartment building). There is another great mode of transportation in Warsaw, which is Uber-Taxi or ✔MyTaxi (taxi via App) and Traficar (car rental via App). ✔The electricity and water bill is included in the total rental price. ✔We will gladly assist you in purchase of commuter tickets and bicycle or car rentals.

For hot summer - ceiling fans are in every room. The flat is 54 sq. m. big, located in the heart of Mokotow district - quiet residential area, yet just by the Royal Route of Warsaw, half way between Lazienki Royal Park & Wilanow Palace. For your comfort everything is around the corner.

Wygodna kawalerka w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Tuż obok przystanek tramwajowy, a na tyłach budynku przyjemny park Morskie Oko. W pobliżu jest wszystko co potrzebne: sklepy spożywcze, piekarnia, restauracje, bary, bankomat, poczta, drogeria itd. Do Łazienek Królewskich 10 minut spacerem, do Pałacu Kultury 10 minut tramwajem. Bezpośredni tramwaj (nr 10) do Dworca Centralnego. W mieszkaniu jest duże łóżko 160x200 i potrzebne wyposażenie: ręczniki, papier toaletowy, kawa, herbata itp. Zapraszam!
