Studio 21 Waterfront

Studio 21 is a super spacious waterfront apartment situated on the pristine coastal quays of Yamba, just 7 minutes drive from the beach. Enjoy access to the waters edge from the King bedroom overlooking the Canal....beach towels are provided if you fancy a dip! The terraced deck area is perfect for casting a line or launching the provided kayak for a paddle. Split cycle air conditioning will keep you comfortable. Comfort in the Cane Fields

The 1950s cane cutters Barracks looks the same outside but inside it has become a comfortable modern guest wing to the 1920s farmhouse. On the top floor, there are two ensuite rooms with queen beds, and a third room with two single beds which has a bathroom downstairs. There is a living room and limited kitchenette (no oven or cooktop). Luxury on your own, or up to six together. There are breezy decks all around, with great views over the cane fields, set in the midst of a working farm.

Only 10 mins drive to beautiful Yamba, famous for its stunning Surf Beaches & Coastal Walks just 2 mins to the mighty Clarence River & 5 mins to Coles for shopping. We are only 5 mins drive from the Pacific Highway if your looking for a couple of nights stop with the comforts of home while travelling North or South.

Cubbyhouse is the closest accommodation to Frazers Reef beach, just on the outskirts of Iluka bordering a lush nature reserve. Wake up to bird songs in the garden right outside your door. Sit in the garden & dine under the festoons. Wander the beach & national parks then cosy up to the indoor fire place or garden fire pit in the evening. There's a grocery store in town & a great op shop. The ferry can take you across the river to Yamba. Poochs welcome for an extra fee.

The Barn

The Barn is fully self-contained accommodation 20 metres away from the main farmhouse. Wildlife abounds on this secluded 140 acre farm. You’ll wake up to the neigh of a horse, or the chatter of the cheeky King Parrots. We hope you like animals! Great place to take a break & breathe in the country air, while still being only 20min off the M1 motorway & 18min to the Grafton CBD. Fold out sofa bed available for additional guests or kiddies. Lovingly restored and completely private with its own walled courtyard, the granny flat is a lovely fresh and light filled space located just 200m from the magnificent Clarence river and a short walk/ride into the centre of town. The street is very quiet with plenty of parking and the flat is nestled in a large backyard surrounded by snippets of rural lifestyle including lush gardens, friendly chickens and hardworking bees.

Iluka Rainforest Beach Shack Eco-Home

Fully self contained off-grid 2 level A frame house by the beach in national park. Our A frame has 2 Bedrooms upstairs (one mezzanine like), both with comfortable king beds and a sofa bed downstairs. 3 minutes drive to Shark Bay and Woody Head beach, 5 minutes into Iluka with great surfing and fishing. We are a fully off-grid sanctuary, enjoy the peace and space that's all yours. We have WiFi but no TV. Sorry but no pets.

"Seahorse Cottage" Iluka NSW

Seahorse Cottage is situated in a quiet part of town, close to river and a short walk to shops. The guest house is a spacious building which opens out onto a modern deck with BBQ and garden. This property has internal stairs with two large, comfortable bedrooms situated upstairs. The bedrooms have been recently airconditioned for your comfort in humid or very cold weather. The downstairs living area is airconditioned.
