Grandaddy’s house is on approximately 4 acres of land providing comfort along with peace and quiet. Only 2.5 miles from downtown Warm Springs. Our home is a quarter mile from a railroad crossing (and this is a community built around the railroad) so you may hear trains going by. Most people find it charming, quaint and pretty typical of a small town. Kids love it. An hour South of Atlanta, the cabin is not primitive, it has all the modern convenience sitting on a 20 ac tract with bigger tracts of land adjoining. I have a five person sleep accommodation but if you are a larger family I can make an allowance. It is a very safe area and we are available if you need us.
