There is a fully equipped kitchen with an open plan living room and dining room (dining table seats 4). 1 minute walk to Brentwood High St. 15 minute walk to Brentwood Station on the Elizabeth Line.

We back onto Ongar Park Woods which joins to Epping Forest making a wonderful walk into Epping. It is located 2 miles from Epping and ideally located for people attending weddings at Gaynes Park, Blake Hall and Mulberry House. Epping tube station (central line) is under five minutes drive.

Guests have their own front door, and there is a private deck looking out over neighbouring farmland . The studio has a private shower room, fresh towels and sheets are provided. 2000 sq foot 3 bed semi detached (south wing) 100 year old rectory on private estate with swiming pool. Fantastic location with easy access to london via the Elizabeth line. The gorgeous pool is shared with two other properties and you can use it any time between 10-6pm daily. Contractors welcome :-)
