Welcome to our warm and inviting historic farm home. Enjoy a quaint and cozy stay with easy access to Athens, UGA, Madison, Monroe, and Watkinsville. You will enjoy the entire second floor. The space offers two bedrooms with a queen bed in each, a third room with a double bed that can be used as a bedroom or common room, and a full bathroom with an antique claw foot tub and shower. There's no access to the downstairs. You can also relax on the front porch or back deck overlooking 9 wooded acres.

Enjoy a romantic getaway or a family outing. Our quaint guest house is nestled in the woods amoung fruit trees and bushes. Peace, quiet, private, and tranquil. Fully equipped kitchen or cook outdoors at our pool pavilion. Choose from Green Egg, Pellet Grill, or Wok. Cool off in our pool while your meal is cooking. Enjoy a campfire at the fire pit. Finish off the evening with some classic s'mores and your favorite beverage. We are minutes from Historic Stone Mountain Park and the Lazer Show.

Greek Revival Farmhouse

Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, The Pierce Farmhouse was built in 1870 as a wedding gift for a son. We have owned it for 20 years and have made another set of renovations to bring it back to its original charm and character while making it more comfortable with modern amenities. The farmhouse sits on 60 wooded acres in High Shoals and guests have access to our pond for fishing and river for canoeing. We are 20 minutes from Athens, and 15 minutes from Monroe and Madison.

Wonderful West Street (TVD)

Welcome to the "Hollywood of the South" in Covington Georgia. This tiny (under 800 sq/f) home away from home with a slight western twist has everything you could need. The home includes two bedrooms both with a queen bed and a newly renovated bathroom. The home is located a short 5-minute drive (1 mile) to the downtown Covington square. It is located on the main street that runs through downtown Monroe, GA and is near several antique malls. It is one block from The Factory at Walton Mill wedding venue and two streets away from The Engine Room wedding venue. For the adventurous, SkyDive Monroe is only one mile away. It is approximately a 30 minute drive to the University of Georgia campus for all the Dawgs fans!

The neighborhood amenities include a pool and tennis court. A quick 4-5 min drive from the square in Covington and the Covington movie studies are across the street from the neighborhood. Full size washer and dryer and home is stocked with everything our guests would need.
