Designed by the on-site owner/architect, the self-contained guest studio is equipped with a kitchenette, washer and dryer, private bathroom with shower, queen bed, full-size bunk beds, cozy living area with Smart TV, WiFi, and guest patio. A private bedroom with king bed recently has been added. Located 0.4 mile to beach, 4.5 miles to Pier Park, 5 miles to 30A, and 15 miles to ECP.

ChewCasa Beach Getaway

Keep it simple at this centrally-located place in the heart of Seagrove Beach. ChewCasa is located in a gated neighborhood just steps away from the Gulf of Mexico. Guests will have there own personal parking spot, kitchenette, full bath and closet. Kitchenette features a sink, mini fridge, microwave and brand new Keurig coffee maker. The sleeping arrangements include a king bed, a twin bunk and a queen blow up mattress. ChewCasa is located on the second floor with private staircase for entry.
