You’ll love the convenience of being minutes from downtown WC, BART, colleges, hospitals, parks, trails, and great dining options. Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s are a 5-8 min drive, and Safeway is an 8-min walk. Plus, you’re within walking distance of local favorites - restaurants, Heather Farms Park, Calicraft Brewery, and Artie’s Bar perfect for a memorable stay!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The Oakland Hills are filled with amazing hiking, this location is great for day trips to Napa (35 miles), San Francisco (11 miles) or Carmel (120 m). Centrally located for work or play. This open concept 2 bedroom is a peaceful break away. Given the open concept design - there is not a lot of privacy between bedrooms, just a big bookcase room divider b/w the rooms. There are a few sitting area's outside and a green roof too! And EV charging.

LAFAYETTE STAND-ALONE COTTAGE HIDEAWAY

This is a charming stand alone cottage next to the main house with its own private entrance. You'll have access to an acre of garden which you are welcome to relax in. It has a full size fridge with a stackable washer dryer The property is 11 minutes from the Lafayette BART and 7 minutes from Walnut Creek town center by car. Briones Wildlife Park is less than a mile away. We have 4 cats and two small dogs. Pets are welcome but we ask for large dogs to be on leash. TESLA charging available.

This upscale three bedroom home sits on a large grassy lot. Ample parking, washer/dryer, large screen T.V. There is an ADU that is rented occasionally. It is next to the detached garage (not part of rental). No windows view backyard.

Over 100 steps from the road below, this 'treehouse' is perched above it all and horizontally oriented on a steep lot between two creeks. The all glass façade creates dramatic views of the redwoods, Mt. Tam and across downtown Mill Valley to Blithedale Ridge. Anchored to granite the house sits on handmade stone walls from rock harvested on the property during construction in the 1960s. Truly a one of a kind stay.
