Our space has cosy underfloor heating, a king size bed and a sofa bed - the hut sleeps two adults and two children. Our home is bright & light and has large living spaces, with the main living room looking out onto the patio and garden which gets direct sunlight all day. The kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils and Nespresso coffee. The bungalow has 3 dining areas - kitchen, dining and garden. Grade 2 listed brick & flint thatched cottage located in a quiet position, a private drive, surrounded by fields and adjacent to a working farm. Set in 1/2 an acre of its own woods, It has parking to the front, enclosed rear garden. Booking; Friday-Friday, Friday-Monday or Monday to Friday. G C sleeps six plus cot (baby makes 7) has Wifi and is pet friendly Pet friendly does not mean dogs sleeping in our beds or on our furniture. If you have this dog, G C is not the property for you.

Old Chapel House is in the small village of Ingham, three miles from the Norfolk coast. On a quiet country lane, it’s a cosy, welcoming home with lots of wonderful things to do nearby. With a large garden and public footpaths on the doorstep, there’s plenty of space for dogs and guests to roam. For forty years the house was our much-loved family home. We now live across the road and we welcome other families and groups of friends to make the most of this lovely place.

A spacious barn conversion in the heart of the Norfolk Broads. Oak Barn Norfolk is a sympathetically, newly converted, barn in the village of Tunstead. It offers 4 large bedrooms, a beautiful double vaulted kitchen/dining room, a spacious living room with a cosy wood burner, a snug, 3 bathrooms and a W/C. The floors are natural limestone with underfloor heating throughout. Oak Barn has two outdoor seating areas, a sunny court yard and a fully enclosed lawned garden.
