Finished to a high standard and located on the outskirts of Twizel, Tussock Fields, offers everything you could desire for your stay in the Mackenzie, space for family and friends, total modern comfort, off street parking for all your vehicles and free wifi. Please note; property it is not fully fenced, outdoor bath not available May to September.

Unit A5, Waitaki Lakes Apartments is a one bedroom fully serviced apartment in idyllic surroundings on the edge of the Otematata Golf Course with the Alps2Ocean cycle trail, walking trails and wetland areas nearby. The apartment has been refurbished with a new kitchenette & bathroom, double glazing and interior upgrade. Please note that I am not on site but please message anytime if you have any queries or need anything. This is our holiday home so please be mindful of this.

Great place for a couple of families, there is plenty of room for everyone. 2 Bedrooms in the home, Plus plenty of Bunks in the sleep-out with a toilet and basin also. The sunroom overlooks the street is a lovely quiet spot to relax & read a book. The Fully fenced section is spacious and private, with a sheltered BBQ area. Pets= we do accept pets, but they must stay outdoors.

The Brown House

The Brown House was tragically lost in 2020 in New Zealand’s worst fire disaster that devastated the village Award winning architect Lisa Webb who designed the first Brown House was enlisted to design the rebuild. The results are just as stunning This four-bedroom retreat accommodates up to ten guests. Each bedroom offers breathtaking views. The house includes two living areas a dedicated office space, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen.

Buckley’s Retreat

We offer this unique tiny home with fantastic Ocean views. You can wake to the sunrise and watch the sunset at night all from your bed. We offer continental breakfast. Which includes eggs if the hens are laying. Outdoor spa, Complementary snacks and beverages. You may also bring your dog. 5mins drive to the centre of town. But have restaurants and grocery shops near by. Off street parking also. Just on the town boundary with a rural feel.

The property is located just outside the Kakanui township set on a 4 hectare block of land with private access to the beach. While away the time here, visit the nearby locations of Oamaru and Moeraki or enjoy both. The property comes complete with all the home comforts you need for an enjoyable and restful stay.

Brand new 3 bedroom warm sunny home with large living area, Gas Fire, outside covered patio and BBQ. Please note this house is set up as wheel chair accessible. Free wifi included. The house is located off the main highway and is a 5 minute walk to the township (supermarket, cafes, shops and a playground), only 30 minutes drive to Lake Tekapo, 10 minutes from Mt Dobson and only 10 Minutes to Lake Opuha.

Nestled amongst the native trees, up on sunny South hill , hides a mid-century gem. Elevated over the garden with a deck that completes the house giving prime views of the ocean and sunrise. 2 minutes down the hill to the historic precinct filled with many delights including Blue Penguins ,bakery, coffee, art galleries and breweries.The East Coast golden sand beaches are a short ten minute drive away.
