Spend time in the 2 living spaces, one where you relax and watch the ships sail in, or in the study with over a 800 books to choose from - a reader’s delight. Sleep in late and have a delicious cooked breakfast.

A large fully self contained studio in the heart of Seatoun. Minutes from Wellington Airport. Quiet, cosy accomodation with all amenities. Great sea views from the balcony. Small kitchenette, ensuite bathroom, laundry facilities with its own private deck looking out to sea. Tea/coffee provided. Sky TV. Netflix. On street parking only but nice wide street. Easy flat access. Pets welcome but please check in with us first to make sure the place is suitable. A small Pet Fee is charged.

Brookfield House

A quiet room in a large old villa with private ensuite at Brookfield Lodge with a self help breakfast included. You will have your own kitchen and own private lounge with wood fire which is separate from the Hosts. A perfect place to sit with a glass of wine and relax. Located Semi rural with farm views just 10km from Pukaha, the Mt Bruce bird sanctuary and easy walking distance to a friendly local tavern. Kawau - House Upstairs - private area

Kawau is a new home built in the character style of the 1900's. Situated on 1.5 acres with a large lawn. Take the bridge over the Little Kawau stream to wander the paths of our garden or relax on our covered decks. We are adjacent to Schnell Wetlands walkways. 5 minutes from PN Airport and 10 minutes to Manfeild, the centre of Palmy, or Ashhurst for the famous Gorge Walk. We are unable to accommodate children under the age of 12.
