Each floor can be separated from the other, with their own entrances, otherwise opened up & used as one. Ideal for workers, requiring their own apartment. The best location in Gisborne without a doubt.

Step from the front lawn onto wonderful Wainui beach - well known for its world class surf. Ideal for families ,with plenty of space to move around in the living areas deck & lawn with the spa overlooking the sea . Enjoy the majestic sunrises appearing over the eastern horizon and the magnificent sheep studded hills to the west. A few minutes walk to the local cafe & beach store and 6 minutes drive to the Gisborne city centre . Sorry PETS are NOT welcome. Our spa is currently not working.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). There are 2 double rooms in the house and 1 reading room with 2 day beds that can be used as beds Third room with double bed and 1 bunk is in a sleep out located in the studio beside the house, which also includes a bathroom with shower and toilet

Beautiful, fully equipped apartments that sleep between 1-6 guests. First floor apartments have sea views and balconies. Ground floor apartments have views and patios from which to sit and enjoy them. From our location it is a brief walk to bars and restrauants located around the habour and along the beachfront.
