The Studio at Woodfort Estate

Our studio is perfectly placed for stunning views of our mountain and rolling hill landscapes. A weekend get away or longer retreat will be rewarded with privacy and peace to relax inside or on the spacious patio that captures amazing afternoon sunshine and sun sets! The main bedroom is detached from the living and kitchen, which has a fold out couch for extra guests. Relax in the outdoor bath and enjoy the simplicity of living off grid without lacking to many home comforts. Toilet is detached.

The Rimu Hut - Cosy Bush Escape

A tramping-style A-frame chalet nestled against rimu trees on the edge of a stunning 15-acre native forest block close to the Hunua Ranges in rural South Auckland. Built by the owners using macrocarpa timber grown on the property, it was intended to be a place where their grandchildren could enjoy sleepovers in the forest and afternoon adventures. They soon realised though, that such a special place should be shared so they decided to make it available to others. Cosy in winter, cool in summer!

Enjoy a peaceful stay in our stand-alone , self contained rural cabin located minutes from Cambridge township. Easy access to Lake Karapiro, cycle trails and the Velodrome. Walking distance to local cafes, Restaurant and Supermarket. Clean, light and bright, raked ceilings, air conditioning and WIFI. Sleep in high quality bedding, along with a modern bathroom and a fully equipped kitchenette. Parking allows for large vehicles including trailers. Everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

Hereford Cottage

Welcome to our private romantic getaway at Hereford Cottage. Located in Whakatiwai, north of Kaiaua with a backdrop of the Hunua ranges. We absolutely love living here and thought we would like to share one of our favourite places with others. We offer a beautiful one-bedroom cottage with a lovely outdoor wood fire tub and a romantic little area with a firepit, nestled in a natural setting with views of a stream, native bush and native birds. Enjoy a night or a couple of nights here with us.

The Quarry Cabin is a brand new build in a disused quarry surrounded by basalt rock. This creates a very unique private and peaceful space. There is a main house on site. This may be occupied by the owner. It is a completely separate dwelling so privacy is maintained. Max 2 guests. No visitors please unless by prior arrangement.
