The Annex at Buttons Farm

The Annex is an elegant, spacious property in a beautiful rural setting. It is perfectly located for exploring Kent & Sussex with many wonderful attractions and activities close by. A short drive to Wadhurst station is perfect for day trips up to London, only a 1 hour journey. Wadhurst village, voted as the best place to live in the UK 2023, is a few minutes drive away. The rooms are large and spacious, perfect for couples or families. Small, well behaved dogs are welcome for an additional fee.

Jacks Cottage -

A beautiful oak framed building with great views of the south downs. Accommodation comprising of a comfortable lounge with TV and wifi and log burner. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. One double bedroom downstairs with en suite shower room. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with two single beds and a sitting area above the lounge area with a bathroom with free standing bath. The outside space is a south facing patio with table and chairs and a BBQ is available.

As well as Bewl water, Bedgebury Pinetum, fruit picking & plenty of National Trust properties on the doorstep, you won’t be short of things to do during your stay.

Enjoy a long soak in the Victorian cast iron bath, long lie-ins in the superking bed, walks on your doorstep, games on the huge sofa or wander down to the village for an abundance of drinks and food. Cozy inside and with gorgeous views outside, if that sounds like a splendid mix, then set off for the high-weald area of outstanding natural beauty and a self-catering stay at Gabriel's Rest, a gorgeous little shepherd's hut set in a peaceful and tranquil corner of a Sussex meadow with its own little garden. This idyllic retreat is set at Pococksgate Farm. It's all very peaceful here, and a relaxing place to just chill out all by yourselves with no one else around you.
