Parkplatz für 2 Autos und Liegeplatz auf dem Kurs des Hausboots für ein Boot mit einer Stehhöhe von 1,7 m max. Verwendung von Kanus für 4 x 1 Person und 1 x 4 Personen nach Absprache. Das Hausboot ist ruhig gelegen und wird daher nicht an Jugendliche oder für Studenten-, Trink- und Junggesellenabschiede vermietet. Rauchen und Haustiere sind im Hausboot nicht erlaubt.

Downstairs a queensize bed overlooking the water and bathroom with shower & large bath. A terrace in front with several seatings and a swing bench. Located in a beautiful green street very near the center: 2 stops by tram or 15 min walk from central station. We don't serve breakfast but provide many nice basics to prepare your own.

Having lovely experiences with faboulous guests as this summer and because a lot of people asking me to do it so their friends can come, my lovely boat will be remain to be rent. Be awared that the boat is divided into two units. Both of the boat units wil funtionate independently (with his own entrance, bedrooms, kitchen en bathroom).
