Home on the banks of the Mississippi River. This home does NOT have dock access to the river. There is a boat launch about a 1/2 mile South. The Army corp of Engineers owns our bank so we are unable to clear any trees. A big family room with wood burning fireplace that opens up to a 3 season porch. Wabasha offers Ice fishing, downhill skiing, thrift shops & boutique, Slippery’s Home of Grumpy Old Men and the eagle center. State land nearby for hiking. Drive your ATV on county roads legally.

La Crosse is super close to enjoy skiing/snowboarding. Goose Island is 5 minutes away. Great spot for bird watching, fishing, kayaking, boat launches, hiking or frisbee golf. Pets are welcome. The Pepin Marina Retreat: Main Floor Studio Apartment is across from the Pepin Marina in the quaint village of Pepin Wisconsin. The open floor plan layout is the former home to an ice cream shop built in 2010, with a brand new kitchen and island peninsula, with a view to the lake. This loft-style space is perfect for two people (but could accommodate more kids on pull-out couches for up to 5 people to share). This can be rented solo or in combination with the upstairs cottage apartment!

Hill Street House is the quintessential river-town residence, located within walking distance of Fountain City's quaint downtown, legendary pubs, and riverfront, but just far enough from the highway and trains to still get a good night's sleep. Perched snuggly on the bluffside overlooking the Mississippi River, you'll see an ever-changing panorama of river boats, barges, and birds in flight against a backdrop of Minnesota bluffs in the distance and a jumble of rooftops below.

Hygge House | A Cozy Guesthouse

The Hygge (pronounced hyoo·guh) House is a tiny taste of Scandinavia in Southeastern Minnesota. What is Hygge? In short, it's a Scandinavian way of living that focuses on hunkering down and creating a safe, comforting and warm place to while away. My husband and I hand built the Hygge House with your comfort in mind. We love being cozy and having space to spend together so when the opportunity arose to renovate our studio, we wanted to share it!

This vintage home farmstead on 4 acres, was built in the mid 1850s and has old world character architecture with the comforts of modern-day amenities. Potluck String Lodge (PSL)

Potluck String Lodge (PSL) is situated within Prairie Island Campground along the Mississippi River. With cottony sheets, coffee & towels, paddle sport equipment & bikes, and an outdoor fire ring, you can simply show-up, relax, reconnect, and recreate. This tiny house tells a story about the Boats and Bluegrass music festival and one of the campground picking circles hosted by the Potluck String Band.

Spacious Country Studio/Loft

Our spacious 900 sq. ft. studio/loft was once the art studio used by a local children’s book illustrator. You will notice some of her artwork and photos displayed throughout. The studio was designed with the intention of accommodating 2– 4 people. Our studio is beautiful, peaceful and private. Extra sanitizing practices are being taken for your safety.
