Das 600m² große Grundstück mit Pool und Außendusche verfügt über mehrere Terrassen mit Sitz und Liege- Möglichkeiten. Parkplatzmit insgesamt Platz für 1 Auto, befinden sich direkt auf dem Grundstück.

Wir haben uns einen Traum erfüllt und ein Ferienhaus mit viel Liebe und ganz nach unseren Vorstellungen geschaffen. Ein neues Haus im typischen Stil der Region Istrien mit einem traumhaften Blick auf die Landschaft bis zum Meer. Dazu gehört auch ein großer beheizter Infinity-Pool zur alleinigen Benutzung und ein großzügige Outdoor-Küche mit Grill. Hinweis: Der Pool kann von April bis Oktober beheizt werden. Das Beheizen kostet 20€ für max 10 Stunden/Tag und wird zusätzlich abgerechnet.

Na raspolaganju vam je apartman od 70 m2 otvorenog prostora, u prizemlju se nalazi potpuno opremljena kuhinja, dnevni boravak s tv-om te wc s tušom. Villa Linda is located in the village of Bibali, just 3 km from the city of Buje, and it can accommodate up to 6 people. Guests have at their disposal a living room, kitchen, and dining room connected in an open space, 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a terrace. There is also a private swimming pool with deckchairs, a BBQ area, and a fenced yard that offers guests privacy. Private parking is in front of the house.

Our lovely apartment is located in a small place called Antonci, just two km away from Poreč. The apartment is on the ground floor of a family house. It has a fully equipped kitchen with living room, one bedroom, bathroom and an amazing outdoor place with private pool, BBQ and a place with lounge chairs. It can take up to three guests. The apartment is fully furnished and has everything for an amazing vacation.
