Das Apartment befindet sich am Anfang the Straße "Centener", einer der exklusivsten Wohngegenden in Rovinj. Das Haus teilt sich in ein 2 Zimmer Apartment auf, welches sich im ersten Stock befindet. Die Wohnung besitzt ein Doppelbett, (im Schlafzimmer) und eine Schlafcouch für zwei Personen. Der Wohnbereich gliedert sich in Wohn/Schlafzimmer und der Küche mit Esstisch. Die Küche ist vollausgestattet. Badezimmer besteht aus Dusche und Toilette. Gleich neben dem Eingang befindet sich eine Sonnendurchflutete Terrasse, welche tagsüber zum Sonnenbaden oder Frühstücken und Abends zum Abkühlen einlädt. Zum Haus gehört ein riesiger Garten mit einem der größten Steintische von ganz Istrien. In den warmen Sommermonaten lädt dies zu einen gemütlichen Grill ein, (Equipment findet man ebenfalls im Haus). Gleich um die Ecke: 5 Minuten Spaziergang zu zwei Supermärkten. 15 Min. Spaziergang ins Stadtzentrum, oder zum nächstgelegenen Strand Kuvi. Weitere 5 bis 10 Minuten zu exzellenten Restaurants. Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.
