As we live on the 1st floor of the building, we are easily in contact to help with everything you need. We are available any time to answer your questions and we can provide you with great choices that would make your stay as comfortable as possible. Guests have access to all the parts of the space, such as the living room, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and of course to the garden. Hosts Profile: We, Akrivi and Dionisis, live on the first floor of the same house. We own 2 jewelry galleries and a work shop in the center of Chalandri and in the island of Paros. We have two daughters which are 25 and 18 years old. We are Eco Friendly, cat lovers and garden lovers ( three cats live in the garden).We love hosting and we find it a very interesting experience! Chalandri is a green, safe, and trendy area in the north of Athens, full of shops, restaurants, and coffee bars. The apartment is on a quiet side road, but is close to the center of Chalandri and only 12 minutes by metro or bus from the city center. A 24h/day mini market is just a few steps away. Most of the biggest private hospitals , such as HYGEIA,MITERA,IATROPOLIS,EMBRYOGENESSIS,IATRIKO KENTRO, are in less than 2 km.far from the apartment. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein separates Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, welche auch zu einem Doppelbett zusammengefügt werden können. Vom Schlafzimmer gelangt man auch auf den Balkon. Das Badezimmer mit Badewanne ist sehr sauber und modern. Es gibt ebenfalls ein separates Gäste-WC, eine Garderobe und viele Einbauschränke mit viel Stauraum. Die Küche ist grosszügig und hervorragend ausgestattet. Ausserdem werden Sie die hohen Räume und schönen Parkette bestimmt geniessen. Die Kosten für Heizung, Wasserverbrauch, Elektrizität, lokale Anrufe aufs Festnetz sowie WiFi sind im Preis inbegriffen. Internationale Anrufe und Anrufe auf Mobiltelefone sind blockiert. Frische Bettwäsche und Badezimmertücher werden einmal pro Woche zur Verfügung gestellt. Für den Mietvertrag werde ich Ihren vollen Namen, Nationalität und Passnummer benötigen. Bei Ihrer Ankunft werden Sie mit dem Schlüssel eine Inventarliste zur Unterschrift erhalten. Bei Aufenthalten die länger dauern als 6 Monate, besteht die Möglichkeit auf Wunsch ausgehende, internationale Anrufe und Anrufe auf Mobiltelefone zu entsperren. In diesem Fall werde ich eine Barhinterlegung für die Anrufe verlangen, welche nach der Abreise nach Abrechnung zurückerstattet wird. Für Ankünfte frühmorgens und spätabends nach 20.00 Uhr werden zusätzlich 25 Euros Bar verlangt (30 Euros nach Mitternacht). Kolonaki befindet sich im Herzen Athens.
