The apartment is located between Novi Vinodolski and Selce, its in a very quiet area so you can relax and injoy your vacation. It's a new build apartment. The beach in located in Novi Vinodolski or Selce and its about 5 km away. If you want sandy beach, there is Crikvenica and its about 8 km away from the apartment. We have a grill area with a stone table and wooden benches were you can eat or just relax and have a cold drink. The parking is very close to the apartment. Contact us for anything.

Unique, traditional stone and wood house, completely renovated in such a way as to retain its originality, with lots of rustic details. The house offers very romantic, warm and cozy atmosphere. It spreads on two floors with open space kitchen, dining and living room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In the garden there is a private swimming pool, heated in April, May, June, September and October. The house is situated in the very centre of the small village of Pinezići, 700 meters from the beach.

FeWo Paola ist ein renoviertes Steinhaus, nur 150 m vom Meer entfernt. Es erstreckt sich über 3 Etagen: Im Erdgeschoss gibt es ein Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich, eine Küche und ein Badezimmer; im 1.OG gibt es ein Doppelzimmer mit Balkon und Meerblick und ein Einzelzimmer; Im 2.OG gibt es ein Doppelzimmer mit Bad und Balkon. Es ist schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet – eine Waschmaschine, ein Geschirrspüler, kostenfreies WLAN, Sat-TV und ein privater Parkplatz stehen den Gästen zur Verfügung.

Opustite se u ovom jedinstvenom smještaju ispod starih gradskih zidina koji je istovremeno na osami okružen prirodom i samo par minuta šetnje udaljen od gradskog centra i prekrasne plaže. Ova jedinstvena kuća za odmor nalazi se otprilike 150 metara od plaže i centra grada. Okružena je prirodom te ćete imati potreban mir za vaš odmor. Kuća se nalazi u udolini te su zbog toga noći ugodnije temperature. Također vam nudimo mogućnost besplatnog korištenja SUP-a i kajaka.

Villa Albina nalazi se u mirnom ruralnom području u mjestu Skrpčići na otoku Krku. Jedinstvena, renovirana na način da zadrži svoju autentičnost, s mnogo rustikalnih detalja. Kuća nudi vrlo romantično, toplo i ugodnu atmosferu Ovaj smještaj idealan je ako želite provesti odmor u prirodnom i opuštajućem okruženju. Uživajte u prekrasnom bazenu te prostranoj unutrašnjosti smještaja. Kuća je udaljena 1,2 km od mora, 90 metara od mini marketa i restorana Ivinčić.
