Zum Stadtzentrum braucht man ca 11 Min (90m von der nächsten Metrostation „Nomismatokopeio“). Viele Parks, Restaurants, traditionelle Tavernen, Cafѐs, Fitnessstudios und ein großer Supermarkt befinden sich in Fußnähe. Wohnung und Ausstattung Sowohl das Innere der Wohnung als auch der Balkon sind funktional, praktisch geschmack- und liebevoll eingerichtet. Moderner, minimaler Stil prägen den Charakter der Wohnung. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein Kamin, der für eine gemütliche und warme Atmosphäre in den kalten Winternächten sorgt. Sie kann ein Paar oder eine vierköpfige Familie unterbringen. My place is close to the airport, to the bus station and to the subway as well. Within 200 meters you have access to a bakery, butcher, mini markets, supermarkets and restaurants. I can arrange the transfer from/to the apartment by private car (extra charge). Government, Climate Crisis Resilience Fee, has to be paid in cash upon arrival. The cost of the tax is 2€ per night from 01 November to 31 March, or 8€ per night from 1 April to 31 October (the prices are per accommodation, not per person)
