Der 20 Jahre alte Garten mit Palmen, Kakteen, Oleander und Oliven ist großzügig angelegt. Das ca. 80 qm große Haus ist traditioneller Steinbau, komplett renoviert und modern eingerichtet. Der Salzwasser-Pool (8 x 3,5 m) wird ab Juni beheizt . Zum Dorf Kamilari (Supermarkt, Bars, Restaurants) fährst Du 5 , zum Kommos Beach 10 Minuten und zum Flughafen Heraklion 1 h.

Sea Breeze (ecological villa)

Surrounded by olive trees and with a breathtaking panoramic view, this solar powered house will not cease to surprise you! Kitchen and living room are not separated by any wall and this creates an open and comfortable environment. We grow our food in an organic way and we have 8 chickens and 2 goats, which provide us with fresh milk and eggs every day. So don't waste your time in crowded resorts and boring apartments. Because it’s in the south part of Crete, even in the windy days you can find a beach that’s calm enough for swimming. Built in the late 1800s, was completely renovated without losing any of its original architectural elements and its unique aspect. A beautiful, full of flowers garden sarrounds it.
