Sunshine Cottage at Finca Katrina

Sunshine Cottage is a little cottage in the back garden of Finca Katrina. It is set on a hill with views of Palo Alto and Jaramillo with a coffee plantation in the foreground. There is a full (double) bed, room to hang your clothes and to store your belongings. You have a small fridge, toaster oven, sink, coffee maker, and cupboard space for food, but no stove top. If you are looking for more bedrooms, there are additional units on Finca Katrina that compliment Sunshine Cottage. Send us a note!

This home, located on 7 acres, has two master suites, each with king size beds, and their own private bathrooms. It's located 10 minutes from Volcan off the road to Rio Sereno. Enjoy easy access to everything from this lovely little home in the center of Volcán! Just 2 blocks off Main Street it's an easy walk to grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, a fruit stand and more! We have no TV, but unlimited high speed WIFI for your devices! This newly remodeled Airbnb is located on the top level. There is another Airbnb located on the ground level. The yard is shared with the host family and other Airbnb guests. All water on the property is filtered and safe to drink!
