Discover Istria - renovated stone house

Casa Nona Roza was built by our family members in the early 20th century and it was a home of our grandparents. It was completely renovated in 2017, keeping in mind keeping the spirit of old times, combining Istrian tradition with all the elements of modern life. What makes it special is the use of traditional material: massive stone walls, wooden floors, wrought iron fence. The house has two floors. On the ground floor there is the kitchen, dining room and living room combined in a single with air-conditioning , large bathroom and games room (darts, soccer table, bike room). On the second floor there are 3 rooms. Two bedrooms with double beds are air conditioning. One of them has the TV. The third bedroom has two single beds and the possibility of heating for cold days. Also on the same floor there is a large bathroom. What dominates the garden is a large meadow with a centennial tree under which in the afternoon you can be in the shade. In the back of the house there is a well built in 1920. Inside the building there are two parking spaces, one of which is covered. The whole property is surrounded by old walls.

Our Vintage Garden Studio Apartment, suitable for two people, is sunny, nicely furnished, fully equipped, with a large terrace lounge and a BBQ. Our guests have free use of bathroom essentials, towels,a hair dryer, an electric cooker, a kettle, a toaster and a lot of other smaller and bigger things that’ll contribute to make their holiday unique and memorable. House is fully equipped and furnished - consist of living room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and cozy outdoor space with table chairs and barbecue, also a parking for one car. Near house you can find store, ATM, pizzeria, restaurants, bakery and bars. It's located in peaceful neighborhood close to center, but still surrounded by nature and secluded enough to give you privacy. Pets are welcome too. Have a nice stay!
