Von der großen Terrasse des luftigen und hellen Appartements im Dachgeschoss unseres Ferienhauses eröffnet sich ein toller Blick auf das nahe gelegene Meer. Das geräumige Studio bietet mit ca. 65 qm Komfort und bequem Platz für zwei bis vier Personen, da das Großraum-Studio mittels verschiebbaren Trennwänden in Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer separiert werden kann. Eine vollausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine, Kühl-Gefrierschrank, Waschmaschine und Klimaanlage stehen natürlich auch zur Verfügung.

Quiet place 10 minutes from the three town fortresses and 5 minutes from the center will give You unique experience and put You in the focus of events in the city. You will need five min. by walk uphill from the main city square to get to an apartment. It is a small family building with the common staircase that has separated entrances to each apartment. The loft is located on the third floor. There is no guaranteed parking space but there is some easy accessible in within 10 min by walk.

Our house is situated in a quiet place on the beach in Central Dalmatia, just 15 minutes drive from the town of Sibenik. The surrounds are ideal for a relaxing holiday: walking, footing, cycling and visiting beautiful places such as Sibenik, Primosten, Trogir, Krka Waterfalls etc. The house has direct access to a nice pebbly beach (right in front, just 30 seconds walk) and amazing view on the sea. During your stay you can also relax in our lounge space in the garden.
