Penthaus Gaja nalazi se na vrhu obiteljske kuće u kojoj se nalazi još jedan apartman na 1.katu i privatan prostor u prizemlju. Apartman ima dugi balkon na sunčanoj strani i terasu sa sjedaćom garniturom za zajedničke trenutke. Interijer je uređen u pomalo rustikalnom stilu sa drvenim podovima i starinskim namještajem u kombinaciji sa modernim elementima. U apartmanu je inverterski klima-uređaj i LED rasvjeta radi energetske učinkovitosti. Kuhinja je opremljena sa svime što našim gostima treba.

Apartment Duje, Vodice

The studio/ apartment is located in a quiet part of Vodice with very little traffic, only 200 m from the center. In 5 to 15 minutes walk you can reach all major attractions of our city. Studio is located on the ground floor of the house and it can comfortably accommodate up to 3 persons. The apartment is comfortably furnished, 28 m2 with one double bed and one single bed. It contains kitchen with dining table. In the yard is a parking place and outdoor grill on guests disposal.

Cozy apartment near the city center (5 min walk) and the city beach (10 min walk). The main Bus station is a 5 minute walk from the apartment. It has a balcony that is connected to the apartment. The parking in front of the house is free and spacious. The use of air conditioner is free. Alongside apartment Lea we have the apartment Lu that is located just next door. In case of one apartment being occupied it is possible to reserve the other one.

Our lovely apartment is situated on a quiet street in the center of the town, a 3 - 5 min walk to the seafront where all the bars and restaurants are. Getting to two main beaches takes around 12 - 15 mins.
