Sunny Sea View Bungalow - your private paradise

Overlooking the wonderful coastline and the beautiful village of Primosten, this four-star classified bungalow ist situated high up on the hills of Primosten in a calm corner. It features a sun-filled living room and two separate bedrooms. These three rooms have a separate air conditioning system. One small bathroom with shower. Living space is about 70m². All windows offer an built-in mosquito net to protect you. The living room can be equipped with one further sleeping possibility, suitable for a child. Maximum occupancy is 4-5 guests. Perfect place for families with kids. We also welcome especially dog owners. The house and the grounds are completely  enclosed, so the house has privacy. However, please note that dogs are not permitted in the pool. Furthermore, we do not accept groups of young men only due to negative experiences in the past. The bungalow isn't a party location. Fully and modern equipped kitchen with all amenities and utensils you may need. A washing machine is at your disposal as well. Enjoy the private sea-view terrace with spectacular views of the Croatian Ocean. The large courtyard is a perfect childrens playground. Our newly built (2022) swimming pool invites you to swim, wade, float on tubes. Or just cool off on hot days and lie smooth and serene. Length 6m, width 3,5m, depth 1,5m. The pool is exclusive for you, no sharing with other people. Private and shaded parking space is available for 2 cars on the grounds in our new carport (2024). Barbecue area to prepare the Mediterranean delicacies is waiting for you. The beaches in Primosten and Rogoznica can be reached in 10-15 minutes by car. Walking distance down the hill about 3,5 km.

Mobile home "Olive Garden" Trogir

Bungalov je smješten u masliniku 500m udaljen od centra grada. Udaljen je 900 m od plaže 200 m od najbliže trgovine. Tržnica pokraj stare jezgre grada Trogir je na 5 minuta hoda. Gostima je dostupno besplatno korištenje grilla u vrtu. Postoji mogućnost postavljanja šatora i korištenje dodatnog toaleta koji se nalazi u vrtu, ali uz dodatnu nadoplatu. Domaćin nudi dalmatinske specijalitete (peka, meso, riba...) na grillu po želji gosta uz dogovor ... Zračna luka je udaljena 6 km od smještaja.

Gostima je osiguran parking . Mobilna kućica ima tri spavaće sobe, kuhinju sa potrebnom opremom (pećnica, štednjak, hladnjak) , kupatilo , WC i balkonsku terasu. U kućici ima i klima uređaj i radio prijemnik. Kućica je udaljena 200 m od Konobe Vidrovača i 400 m od Odmorišta Krka na autocesti A1.

Dnevni boravak je ostakljen mobilnim stjenkama i ima pogled na more i čitav zaljev. Novoizgrađen i potpuno opremljen apartman na mirnoj lokaciji u kojem su psi dobro došli. Apartman je udaljen 80 metara od mora i od plaže za pse. Nudimo vam dvokrevetnu sobu sa vlastitom kupaonicom, sobu sa dva jednokrevetna ležaja koja se po potrebi mogu spojiti, kuhinju sa blagovaonicom i dvosjedom te kupaonicom. Na prekrasnoj prostranoj terasi nalazi se garnitura za 4 osobe i dvije ležajke. Klima uređaj, posteljina, ručnici i WiFi uključeni u cijenu.

This attractive accommodation is located on the south, uninhabited side of the island of Pašman and with its unique position guarantees peace and quietness for your ideal vacation. There are only a few neighbours in the vicinity so the nearby (50m) beach is never crowded. The location is accessible by car by the 3km long macadam road that connects it with the main island road.

Das frisch renovierte Häuschen mit 45qm² und 2 Zimmer liegt direkt an der Adriaküste zwischen den Städten Zadar und Sibenik je 35 km entfernt, im Dorf Drage. Die 2 Zimmer sind ausgelegt für 4 Personen. 2x TV mit Sat, Klima, Terasse, Küche, Grill 2020 haben wir 2 Stand-Up Paddling Board für unsere Gäste zum verleihen. So kann die Inselwelt noch besser erforscht werden.
