Palm View Residence B3 is located 1.3 Mile from famous white Alona Beach on Panglao Island/Bohol. Panglao International Airport is 1 Mile away. Tagbilaran Pier is 20 Miles away. Palm View Residence is a quiet, familiar and guarded place 300 meters from the main road. There are some nice restaurants and shops (7-Eleven, 24h) within 800 meters. More restaurants, pubs, banks, ATM's, dive shops, gyms, shops, etc are located at/around Alona Beach. THERE IS NO FOOD TO BUY IN THE RESORT ITSELF!

It is located in the quiet neighborhood, with a 24/7 security guard. It is a seven to eight minute drive to the new government center, restaurants, and malls.

This is a bungalow with modern design located in Jansen Heights, Dampas, Tagbilaran City, Bohol, Phil. It is perfect for families and group. Can accommodate 14 people or even more. Bedrooms are airconditioned. In the past we accommodated 30 guests with extra sleeping mattresses. Beds are for 1-2-3 persons. Located near Holy Name University & Hospital. Near from MC Donald's Drive Thru, 10 minutes away from Island City Mall (ICM). Along main road w/ public transportations. Quite and secured.
