House is situated in very quiet location near the wood, just 3 km from center of Pula and 2 km from the beach (both few minutes by car or bike). It has 800 m2 of yard which is fenced. In the yard children can enjoy 3 m wide trampoline, swings and slides. House is completely new, new equipped and modern decorated. Your days will begin with the chirping of birds and ends relaxing in whirlpool for 6 people with stereo, with a view of the starry sky. House has three bedrooms, two bathroom, living room, large equipped kitchen, dining room and large terrace. Two bedrooms have double bed and the third has bunk bed. Both bathrooms have shower and in large bathroom are also tub, bidet and washing machine. Kitchen is equipped with oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster and all other necessary things. In living room is comfortable sofa from which you can enjoy in smart tv, hifi or wireless internet. Complete house is covered with a cooling devices that will make your stay enjoyable. In terrace is table with six chairs, football table and in backyard are barbecue, shower and whirlpool. We offer in price 4 bikes. In der Nähe des Hauses befinden sich zwei Strände: Pješčana Uvala und /oder Uvala Soline, beide ca. 700 m entfernt, ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Innerhalb von 5 km befinden sich mehr als 20 Badestrände. Kap Kamenjak in der Nähe von der Ortschaft Prementura ist unbedingt sehenswert.
