Parking is free and close to the elevators. Plenty of parking spaces are available also.

Efficiency offers one queen bed. Kitchenette area with fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker and toaster oven. Easy walk to bay and beautiful downtown St Pete. Guests may enjoy our pool however it is not heated so it will be cold during the winter/early spring. We will be happy to provide pool/beach towels if needed. Guests will have private access to pool. Smoking is NOT permitted on property and will be reported.
