The surrounding area is ideal for forest exploration, trekking, mountain biking, and jogging. You'll also be treated to stunning views of the mountains, the Bribir Valley, and Novi Vinodolski. Additionally, the house comes with a covered garage.

On the first floor there is spacious living room with TV, 2 bathrooms and 1 bedroom. 2 bedrooms are in the loft. There is a small gym in the groundfloor with bathroom. Outdoors you will find a covered terrace with outdoor kitchen, barbecue, dining area and a Jacuzzi in the middle of the garden.
