Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

Kombinacija prirodnih materijala, drva i kamena, uz moderne elemente uređenja, stvara skladan prostor u kojem se gosti mogu osjećati opušteno i ugodno tijekom cijelog boravka. Villa Barmel II befindet sich in Pula, im ruhigen Viertel Vintijan. Die Privatsphäre der Gäste wird hier groß geschrieben. Sie liegt nur 3,9 km vom Zentrum Pulas entfernt.
