This is the most unique apartment, the only one in the Gava Mar area, which ocupies a whole floor of a building overlooking the Mediterranean sea. Hola, me llamó Gerard. Soy el anfitrión de @MYHOMEPARATI. Me gusta darles la intimidad que se merecen los huéspedes con su propia casa de invitados totalmente reformada en enero de 2024. Podrás disfrutar del espacio exterior para descansar así como de la piscina de uso privado. Estacionamiento gratuito en el interior de la finca. La vivienda esta situada a 15 minutos de Barcelona y a pocos kilómetros de playas y otros centros. (Se aplicará el impuesto turístico en Cataluña 1€ persona/noche)

Cozy flat close to Barcelona and airport

El alojamiento está a 15min en coche del aeropuerto y a 20 minutos de Barcelona y a 5km de la pllaya. Es un pueblo tranquilo y muy tradicional. Para ir a Barcelona, nuestra recomendación es que cojáis el tren. La estación de Gavà de tren está a 5 minutos caminando del alojamiento. El alojamiento está en el centro del pueblo, así que hay comercios y restaurantes cerca. Se puede aparcar de manera gratuita cerca del alojamiento. Estamos a 5 minutos del BAA Training Spain.
